Cancellation Policy
Less than 24 hours notice for a cancellation will require 50% payment of the original appointment. This is made clear on our booking system. No future bookings will be made until payment is received. The same applies for no-shows. If a no show occurs without contact from the client, all future appointments will be cancelled until the issue is resolved.
Refunds
All purchases are final and we are unable to exchange or refund. Time & products have been used. Please make sure you are happy with the end result before leaving the salon.
Chipping
Nail repairs are free up to five days after the original appointment as unfortunately we cannot control how you care for your nails outside of the salon.
Payment
All services and goods must be paid for in full before leaving the salon.
Vouchers
All vouchers are valid from six months from date of purchase.
Vouchers are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only. Strictly no extensions on the expiry date will be made.
Aura reserves the right to refuse any voucher that shows any sign of tampering.
Aura is not responsible if a gift voucher is lost, stolen or damaged and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
Consultation Forms
The client must submit information to Aura is to the best of their knowledge. The therapist is relying on this information to carry out a safe and effective treatment. The client must full responsibility for any information they have not given correctly and will undergo a patch test 48 hours prior to the treatment. The client MAY need further treatments to maintain their chosen treatment, therefor further cost may apply. If the client does not let Aura know of any changes in circumstances since the initial consultation, it will be assumed that there has been no changes. It is up to the client to confide this information with us. We will however, from time to time check this.
Patch Tests
Tinting & Lash services require a patch test 48 hours prior to your first treatment; this is for your safety.Providing no adverse reactions take place, we will be happy to treat you safely.We cannot be held responsible if you do not disclose any medications or condition that may affect your treatment. Please inform your therapist or technician of any changes in your health on subsequent visits.
Promotions
Various promotional offers are run throughout the year, date and time restrictions may apply. Offers may not be used in conjunction with each other.Aura reserves the right to cancel any promotions running at any given time. If there is any business interruption during time of offer, that directly affects said offer - it cannot be carried on into the future.
